Leeds has figured in the top of several surveys for best business locations, including the 2006 Cushman & Wakefield survey of top 30 European cities to locate a business.

It is one of the UK's fastest growing cities with a skilled labour market and excellent communication facilities. Growth has been achieved through the expansion of existing business, inward investment and new operations either relocating or establishing new offices in the city.
