The purpose of this website is to promote financial and business service organisations that have business interests in Leeds City region. As a member of the Leeds Financial Services Initiative you understand and acknowledge that information relating to your organisation, which may include personal information, will be disclosed on this website.

Notwithstanding the stated purpose of this website, the Leeds Financial Services Initiative is committed to protecting your privacy and operates a strict policy to prevent the unwarranted abuse of your personal information. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

Collection and Use of Information

If you submit an enquiry we will capture the information that you supply, including your name and address. We will use this information to respond to your enquiry which, where relevant, may include passing this information to one or more of our members.

If you submit a membership application we will capture the information that you supply, including your name and address. We will use this information to administer your membership. A record of your membership may be retained for historic purposes only.

As a member we may also use your information to keep you notified of our activities. Such notification may include materials provided by third parties, including Leeds Initiative, Leeds Chamber of Commerce, Leeds City Council, Yorkshire Forward and International Financial Services London (IFSL) or in respect of any other information that we think that we reasonably believe that you may find interesting or informative. As a member of the Leeds Financial Services Initiative, you agree that we may display information relating to your organisation, which may include personal information such as contact names and contact details of your employees, on the Site. Please notify us if you wish us to change, amend or remove the personal information that we display by sending an email to info@leedsfinancial.co.uk. You acknowledge that by making such changes that you may lose some or all of the benefit of being a member of the Leeds Financial Services Initiative.

We will not disclose your information to any third parties. We do not make our membership database available to other members of the Leeds Financial Services Initiative for direct marketing purposes. If, in the future, we do intend to disclose your personal information to a third party we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to object to such disclosure.
